Sovern Global is a private family holding company registered in Switzerland. It owns and invests in companies working in finance, tourism, commercial trade, the shared economy, shipments, learning, consulting, and artificial intelligence.

Every company in the group is expected to apply recruitment practices that verify the right to work, pay at or above the legal minimum, and give workers the freedom to leave employment with reasonable notice.

Supplier risk is assessed as part of onboarding, with additional checks in shipments and commercial trade where supply chains cross multiple jurisdictions.

Concerns can be raised in confidence at [email protected]. Reports are reviewed by the board and no one is penalised for raising a concern in good faith.

This statement covers the financial year ending 31 December 2025 and was approved by the board on 12 March 2026.
